Equine Plus Store

Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through equineplus.store, the official ecommerce storefront operated by Vita Royal Products, Inc.

Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and consistent policies for all orders.


Return Eligibility

Products purchased through equineplus.store may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product is partially used and in its original packaging.

  • The product is returned in at least half of its product weight.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been opened and adulterated, or damaged after delivery.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back.

Provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

Customer support will provide instructions for completing the return process.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Equine Plus Store is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipment or if you receive the wrong item, please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.


Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:

  • Products returned after the 30-day return window

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products not purchased directly from equineplus.store

For products purchased through other retailers or websites, please contact the original seller.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if the request is received before the order has shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process described above.
